Well I got her up and running. The clone took about 5 hours. The hard drive change was really simple and now I've about 294 gigs free.

I remember getting a Performa back in the day with the biggest hard drive I could possibly imagine. This sucker would hold the knowledge of the world with buckets of room left over. It was 1.2gb! We're not in Kansas anymore Toto...

Those were the days. I also remember paying $600 for 16MB of Ram in about 1993.
