Cell phone questions - calling 'chip!

I just got a Moto L2 phone to replace my aged Sony Erricsson T63-something. The Erricsson had iSync support which was great. The L2 appears to not sync - both macs can't even seem to "discover it."

Any known way to get this thing iSync capable?

Google for some hacks.
