PATA = 'Parallel ATA' = IDE = ATA

Before SATA (Serial ATA), just referred to as IDE or ATA typically... It bugs me still that everyone started to refer to IDE/ATA drives as 'PATA'

Thanks Larry. I've always known it to be IDE or EIDE. I wasn't sure if PATA was new and similar to SATA.
