. . .in my constant quest for healthier foods. . .I came across this in my readings. . .I already drink green tea but this is interesting. . .

it is in 'powder form' so you can mix it without having to brew green tea. . .

Because it's utterly vile as a drink on its own.

You ought to try it baked into sugar cookies with raisins or bits of prune. Mmmm.

But alone... blech. I finally realized that the Japanese tea ceremony is actually an endurance trial.

I actually like plain Matcha, but it's an acquired taste. It has sort of a green, hay flavor. My local tea shop has it; I get it blended with ice and Jasmine green tea and then have them add tapioca pearls - Matcha Jasmine Boba.
