If one wanted to attend Tuesday's huge Obama rally in Grant Park one would have had to reserve tickets on the internet (I didn't hear about this until after the fact).
So, those without internet access never had a chance.

For real? Every invite here (that we have received) suggested an RSVP via the web site, but it wasn't a requirement.

Same around here. RSVP was encouraged but it meant nothing. It was still first come first served. The RSVP seemed to be merely a means of guesstimating how many would show up.

How about the library? Don't they have computers in the Chicago libraries for people to use for free? Or is going to a library considered elitist? Just checking.
