what happens to Palin if they lose the elections?

now that she's in the spotlight and there is an ethics report violation on her, what happens if McCain loses the election? maybe she would have been better off without the VP nomination.

She probably loses the next gubernatorial election and lapses into obscurity until VH1's "I love the 00s!" comes out in 2012.

When I see that the elites on both the left and the right ridicule her, it makes me more sure that
she's the real deal. They can't stand the idea that someone who made her reputation while
being a working-class woman and a graduate of a state school might gain power. They think
that an Ivy-League education is a requirement. It's time for those of us in the "fly-over states"
to tell the east-coast elites to take a hike.
