CNN: "U.S. S.Ct. rejects another appeal questioning Obama's citizenship"
#1
"In his appeal, Wrotnowski claimed that because Obama's father was a Kenyan-born British subject, the president-elect does meet the Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born citizen" of the United States. Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961. His mother was a U.S. citizen, born in the United States." -- http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/200...tizenship/

Well, swampy will let us know that there is another 15 or so in the works. Wonder when she will get it that not even the conservatives on the SC and the lower courts buy this nonsense.

Yeah, there are more cases to come.

Kathy, understand that it is the conservatives that must be buying into it because they are the ones keep putting the suits out for conference by all the judges and the conservatives are outnumbered 5-4. I haven't seen the article, but so far we have not seen a break down on how the vote for dismissals have gone.

I don't think this is a conservative/liberal issue. It seems to be a question of whether a certain thing is true; I can't see how one's political leanings would necessary influence one's view on this.

This is a question of fact not politics, as GtDS has said.
