NPR is not a credible news source. The only doctors who are for govt. takeover of healthcare might be the ones who don't
actually practice medicine. I, personally don't know anyone who listens to NPR, but in Seattle, Arbitron indicates they have
a large listenership. Of course Seattle is probably to the left of Obama. What is so obnoxious about it is that it truly is state
run radio. We all fund them with our tax dollars. Although they could have made an argument ages ago for public funding
of alternate radio, there is simply no longer any reason for their continued existence. Way past time to turn off the money
spigot. Let them sink, along with other leftist radio endeavors. Most important line in the article: "The survey ... was funded
by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a health care research organization that favors health reform" There you go folks an
unbiased survey. Nothing NPR reports has any credibility whatsoever.
