That just ads more confusion, the back panel picture is from a MacPlus, but that serial number and model number picture is not. MacPlus was Model M0001A.

The keyboard pictured is the one that came with the 128k, 512k and 512ke Macs, the MacPlus keyboard was wider and had a numeric keypad.

They also say it was from a factory in Fresno. Apple didn't have a factory in Fresno, the early Macs were built in Fremont CA.

The first 4 characters of the serial number F420 are the key to all this, the first letter is the factory F is Fremont, the next digit is they year, 4 is 1984, and the next two are the week, week 20 (sometime in May 1984). So, if it is a MacPlus with that model and serial number, then something has been altered.
