I gave up on condiments about 2 years ago....burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches go without mayo or mustard. i find it forces me to find a tomato and lettuce and put it on a good hearty wheat bread. Sometimes i will grate a bit of red peppers or carrots on too, or add a slice of avocado. Fresh ground black pepper is also great. Real food tastes amazing when you stop covering it up!
