I like it less and less with the recent changes but it gets the job done.

I use it, but it takes an hour of doctoring to get it to work right every time I update it and I would not recommend it to anyone who lacks the patience and expertise to do the same work.

(Manually install to prevent the toolbar from installing, block all communications with the mothership, block other servers to prevent wasting bandwidth on their streaming videos and ads, disable plugins, customize plugins, tweak the interface, re-do the blacklist, change the ports...)
