Let's see..
First; they only support a SINGLE browser? Strike one.
Second; they "said they'd never had this problem before because all their clients use IE" - bull or outright lie. Strike Two.
Three; they "expressed astonishment" to a customer testing their system for possible deployment/purchase. Strike Three.
They better dazzle your pants off - prefereably with a large kick back and a fun 4 day romp with a Brazillian model/prostitute in Rio, (with optional Cabana Boy package for your wife, of course) if they want to overcome this laughable shortcoming.
