TVs Banned in Calif.

It bugs me how they pick and choose what things are environmentally friendly, and which are not. Somehow I think more energy is wasted from bad traffic in CA than from the 24% of TVs that don't meet their standards.

Making traffic better would also greatly boost the economy, while requiring TVs to use less energy does not.
