No. I don't think we're going to be set-back quite that far when the oil-crunch comes in a couple of years. I think politicians and big corporations are going to exploit it for all the fear, power and money they can squeeze from it, but we can and will adapt to the ~~power~~ energy-related issues and still have the latest smart-phone.
