It's about time someone was talking about this instead of the "N word" or some other red herring. I want to know what the 'final version' is going to look like ! Remember.. the bills passed by Congress will NOT necessarily resemble the final bill to be signed by the President. What's happening now is below the radar for the American public, and where most of the tough decisions are truly being made.
