You can't take politics out of what politicians do.
You certainly cannot. Indeed, that's what we pay our politicians to do, to be a visible representation of the people's will. To organize things like relief efforts on our behalf. In a situation like Haiti, any president of the US of any color or gender would be saying and doing exactly the same things.
But rather than just leave it at "that's his job, to say and do things like this when a crisis demands America's attention," old Rush-bo has to go casually mentioning Obama's skin color, every chance he gets. Why?
