I think it's one of the new phrases. I can't watch the disaster news. The reporters are so stupid sounding and don't do a bit of good. Get the (blank) out of the way and let the disaster teams do their jobs. Probably 10% of the disaster supplies are consumed by the news people and their crews and they never saved anybody.
