I don't think that at all. However, I do think that when a new person shows up at the local watering hole that they should not start bitching about how they don't like the way the regulars act and demanding new rules of etiquette for the institution. Such people tend to be shunned or shown the door. I'm sure there are plenty of other venues that fit the newcomer's sensitivities.
