Did you watch either of the videos?
While there's some foul language in both, they also demonstrate a very good understanding of the features and limitations of the devices.
I've never encountered a BB employee who actually knew anything of any significance about the products s/he was supposed to be selling. This guy's remarkable if only for that.
Maybe you're right that he shouldn't be working at BB. People with measurable IQs don't belong in the same pen with the stupids.
