Pretty impressive that so much opionizing can come of a story that has very little actual gray area.
But it really depends on whether and how he identified himself as a Best Buy employee, and whether and how the written policy on publicly identifying one's-self as an agent of the corporation is spelled out, and whether the employee violated those terms.
