4 A.M. often is my wake up time. Nothing to brag about tho' because in midday I get sleepy. I used to have my daily run around 5-6 A.M. but as time goes on, my energy level lowers, I can only do my run 2-3 x per week around7-8 A.M. sometimes at night around the same time
