Thanks for all the kind thoughts and warm wishes.

I spent my birthday making 60 DVDs for my GF's older son's football team of all the pictures I shot over the season. The Banquet was my birthday evening. Both of her kids had no idea it was my birthday, despite the fact it is on the calender. I knew in mid October that when they announced the awards dinner for the 19th I was gonna get screwed.

Maybe someday in a few decades the kids will realize all that I do for them. I'm not going to hold my breath.
