I've posted a few things about the problems my wife was having with her new 4S. Battery wasn't charging to 100%, running down really fast, etc. She tried everything on Apple's page about battery issues, as well as the one on Macworld.com. The genius at the Apple Store ran a diagnostic a couple of times and got different results both times, so he just decided to replace it. Took all of 15 minutes from walking in, to us leaving with the new phone. So if you're still having issues with yours, it might be worth a trip to your local Apple Store.
