I think this guy's crossed the line into nutso. You're already engaged, at this point I'd take a small hit to get this person out of your life and refund the stupid $32.60.

I'm not going to do it. If I had any doubt in my mind that we had sent him something wrong I would
refund him some money but I'm not refunding $32.60 for a set of headphones that were not even
suppose to come with that iPod. He'll have to send it to eBay for inspection and I doubt he'll be willing
to do so. Even if he does I have enough evidence to win. He says now he's sending us back the whole
thing. If he sends back exactly what we sent him I'll refund the entire amount and sell it again.
