Some of us on Comcast have been quite happy with the DOCSIS 3.0 Motorola Surfboard 6120. We've had to purchase these on our own - in order to save the monthly modem rental. Comcast in Portland, OR wants $6.87 a month for a rental. Not sure you will get faster speeds than the SB5101.
