And while I don't use it every day, I do love my food processor. Great for dough, large quantities of cheese, massive amounts of veggies chopped, pureed, sauced, etc. For just a few things, yes, knives are faster, but if you're hunkering down for the long haul, the Cuis' can't be beat. (Maybe it helps that I got mine for free missing the lid part that activates the safety switch. One CL transaction later and I was in business).
