Burned by Buy.com/Fantom/Promo Process rebate

Yes to all of the above. I just went to Buy.com's website and printed the "receipt" which also does not contain the required wording stated by the rebate processor. I've contacted both Buy.com support and the rebate processor's support by e-mail. I used to do tons of rebates with a very high success rate, this one just smells (in retrospect) like it was designed for high percentages of failure.
