We used to use a regular portable barbeque in the moho, then we found we quit using it because it didn't get hot enough and the meat never got any char.
Then we got a weber babyq, and WOW!
Small size but lots of grilling area, and this baby gets hot. It has cast iron grates and the meat gets wonderful grill marks. Even though we're at the house with a large grill like in the photo, we only use the babyq.
We've talked to lots of rvers who do the same, it's a great bbq.
