I use my Cap One card, which has 1.5% on all purchases. The main reason I have it, though, is the no-fee on foreign transactions feature, which has probably saved me more than the 1.5% I get back.
For US purchases, I have a fidelity MasterCard, which puts 3% into my daughter's 529 account. I've had it for six years and it has remained unmolested by the big-bank mergers, thankfully. Fidelity keeps trying to get me to switch to an Amex with only 2% return (but no annual fee!) - No thanks!
I miss my WaMu Mastercardm though! Never used it, but it would give me my credit scores and notify me if they changed more than X points. That went away when Chase bought them.
