The best Carbon Stainless Steel and Triple Riveted Full Tang lets you slice your food so thin that it will last you for weeks.

I was unaware of this correlation between thinness and duration!

"I would only eat a 1 mm slice of tomato, but my gash-darn knife can't cut it that thin!"

Oh, and is it carbon steel or stainless steel?

PSA: pay a lot of money for one, excellent knife.
