Sure, the RAM would probably be the slowest speed possible to run at 3.4GHz so don't count on overclocking it. Certain optical drives are not known to be as friendly to work with, as well as certain video cards. For ATI, as long as there is a Mac version with the same model number then it should be compatible. I would do a bit of research at the tonymac forums if you can.
