Looks fine. The big plus I see is their supposed 24/7 phone support. You rarely find that anymore with cheap hosts. You might call them to see if they actually answer. Ask some random pre-sale questions and you can often get a feel as to whether they know what they're doing. Maybe find out how long they've been around.
One thing I'd suggest is that you register your domain somewhere other than with your host. You'll probably find several threads here as to why.
