Trying to plan warm weather December vacation...any ideas?

Other than Hawaii or the Bahamas.

Needs to be kid friendly for ages 5 through 10 or so.

Would prefer to keep it either within the US or surrounding areas (ie, Mexico, Caribbean, etc.).

Any ideas?
