specially if they are <35 and many up to 45, then it drops off and then the 70+ ppl seem to have taken to it- are on fb
my experience - and this is a generalization for sure - is that people >35 have kids and work and home and meetings and sporting events so they don't have as much time. same is true for the older 70+ people who now have time and have grandkids on fb.
Texting has helped me me, too. I think the same people above who aren't as fb-friendly are very text-friendly, since it's so short and sweet. more time for the other things. my friends and I use texting more than email now and we're all 40+
