Not on my Macs at home, but yes on the Macs that I manage at work, but mostly to appease my Windows-centric IT dept. Used to use ClamXav, but my IT folks recenetly asked me to test out ESET NOD32, which is what they switched all the Windows boxes to. I originally found it to be more intrusive than ClamXav, doing scans at all hours of the workday, even to the point of bogging down my dual 3ghz Quad-Core Mac Pro. I still have not deployed it to my staff.
For my Mac consulting customers who are overly paranoid, I generally install ClamXav for them.
