All the rants about the Koch support (money) and none about the Sorros money? I'm detecting bias here.
I would guess that a discussion of the republican primary would entail a bias towards discussion of republican contributors, but being on-point is an oft neglected characteristic, thanks for reminding me swampy.
Just a reminder - I was specifically talking about the presidential race and the Koch brothers and like-minded wealthy people contributing to money to defeat Obama. The Koch brothers got together a group of like-minded super-wealthy and they pledged to give $100 million toward defeating Obama:

(there are lots of sources that have the same information, but I thought I'd provide one that swampy would be likely to trust)
Soros has decided to not give to the super-PAC established to help Obama win the election but instead concentrate on giving money to help the Democrats in congressional elections:

Soros is joined by million-dollar donors such as film producer Stephen Bing and auto insurer Peter Lewis in not contributing to Priorities USA, a group founded by former White House aides to help return Obama to the White House. The pro- Obama organization raised $1.2 million in the second half of 2011, bringing its yearly total to $4.4 million, according to Federal Election Commission filings.
