Can we talk CEO salaries?

There's no conspiracy. It's pretty blatantly obvious. The boards set the CEO's compensation. Who sits on the board? Other CEOs. You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours. Once you get into the inner circle, it's a circle jerk.
