Wiki says "super PAC"
Makes sense to me. When you spell out political action committee nothing is capitalized, so why would you capitalize the "s" in super?
But as with all new terms, there is not an official way to do it I suppose.
The Guardian spells it Super Pacs. Those Brits always have to be different.
