I am not convinced that $3.6 million over five years is regular income for people in his degree bracket. He needs to STFU about being a Washington outsider. He is as inside as they come.

Note: I think it's fine that pols peddle their influence within the rules and after they leave Congress. But they should not run for office screaming about pols who peddle their influence within the rules and after they leave Congress when they are doing the same themselves.

That's the point of this story.
