That it's low (percentage -wise) is just another indication that they have too much cash. $2/share/qtr is $8 Billion a year. Sounds worth a little paperwork to me!
And no one is saying that they need to give ALL the cash back. We just want a taste!
I'd like to see a 10-1 split. I don't like this Buffett mentality on splits.
