That's not fair. Someone who didn't know anything about Windows 8, would have a sense of the major changes coming.
Whole new interface based on Window Phone 7. One optimized for touch and just happens to be the first relatively clean break in the Windows interface since Windows 1.0; and hey, there is still a classic mode if you need legacy. There's also a quick description regarding how the new interface may actually prove useful (live tiles with instant access to desired info) and a helpful link to the consumer preview.
