The real problem is that the bailout caused all the horrible ones to close, leaving the landscape open for the just awful ones. We used to have more options. The loss of dealerships caused the competition to reduce. So now all the Chrysler dealers in my area (to whom I can go for service) just don't care. They're like the cable TV companies. Local monopolies.
