The Comcast pkg I was looking at is Performance Internet and it is also UP TO 12 mbps. So, these two plans are equivalent, right??? What do they really mean by "up to" 12 mbps???
I am getting 23.xx down and 4xx up with Performance; I was very suprised to learn yesterday that it's touted at 12-16 mbps.
