Not quite right - from what I recall, the World Showcase areas have workers from their respective countries working there; I thought that was one of the neater things about the place - it gave you an opportunity to talk with and interact with natives of the actual countries represented.

There is nobody working at Disney who is not a "legal resident." They may be working only for the summer, but they are doing so legally. The opposite of that is "illegal resident" in which case they are not employed by Disney.
whoops - missed the "legal resident" part and focused on the "citizen" part. But, anyways, I don't think there's anyone on this forum who would defend these bozos (well, I hope not, at least).
To answer August West's observation - that was my thought as well (America has a plethora of ethnicities ) - but I'm going to give the blogger a little (very little) benefit of the doubt and assume they saw a Mexican Flag name badge on the employee when he was staffing the American area (I seem to recall that the employees working there have miniature country flags embellishing their name tags). Even if that was the case, they're still dumbasses for taking offense...
