Aargh, EarthLink DSL is killing me today. Any suggestions?

Thanks. Just a lot of little crappy stuff hapened today. Very glad the DSL quit at the end and not the beginning of the Apple event.
Usually the DSL is solid, but when it goes belly up, all they want to do is endless troubleshooting that does nothing. They will never just put in a trouble ticket to let someone know that there are issues in my area. Doesn't help that the support people are half a world away.
