Can't get excited about any of it except possibly the iPad.
The move toward sealed systems really annoys me. I understand that it serves Apple's financial interests to build throwaway machines that limit all "upgrades" to initial purchase options, but it eliminates any desire I might have to own one of these products. Aside from the financial reasons for doing this, it also seems to be part of their focus on dumbing down and idiot proofing (the creeping of the iOS into the desktop OS).
I wouldn't apply the "Pro" designation to any laptops that have no user-upgradable elements.
I'd prefer to have an optical drive in any desktop machine I might use, but at least you can get an external drive to fill that need.
