Hahaha. As already stated, any tint on the front windows in CA is illegal. Good luck getting a shop to sign anything like that. Although many will remove and re-tint for free or a small fee if you get a ticket (but I doubt they'd pay the ticket). I've had 35% VLT on my front windows for the past 8ish years in Hollywood and never had a problem (never been pulled over in that car for any reason, though).
