It beats the refurb price by $20. I would say this is a RYF.

As I have stated before, sell this lens and get an 18-200mm or 18-270mm. The plastic mount will fail. Not if, but when. Let someone on ebay buy it and step up so you don't have to switch lenses and miss a moment.
