If the non-retina display is NOT a deal-breaker, then my retina 32GB iPad 3 with all it's big, heavy hotness will go up on Craigslist.
It would have been much more difficult for me to go with the regular display if I was already used to a Retina display but I hadn't had the pleasure of using an iPad 3! As a photographer, the increased sharpness and detail would be hard to give up but, since I don't know what I'm missing, this should be fine for me! The Kindle Fire display looked really good (especially at that price point.)
