Can the elections be postponed?
#2
Not postponed, but probably extended in some districts if there is lack of electricity or some other reason that makes it impossible for voters to cast their votes. Judges sometimes order that polls be held open an extra two hours or some such. If a hurricane were to close polling places, the order might go out to open them as soon as possible and keep them open for the requisite number of hours.

Anybody notice that the size of storms has been ranging upwards, with the biggest being close to a thousand miles across? Anybody doing the correlation with surface ocean temperatures? Just wondering.

And no, the elections should not be postponed.
